Deletion review
Grasshopper Go reviews deletion requests for identity verification, open bookings, payment records, disputes, safety reports, tax records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and audit-log retention. Grasshopper Go will explain any records that must be retained and will remove or de-identify eligible account data, including route/GPS location trails, once required retention checks are complete.
Worker route/GPS trail data is otherwise retained for about 90 days after route sharing ends, then deleted. Uploaded job photos/videos and chat messages follow the limited retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. Grasshopper Go sends a completion confirmation by email after eligible account data has been deleted or de-identified. If retention obligations delay part of the request, the confirmation will describe what remains, why it is retained, and when Grasshopper Go expects to delete or de-identify it.
